My name is Danielle Ramirez and I am the full-time registered nurse at Central Middle School. My hours are 7:35 a.m. to 3:05 p.m., Monday-Friday. I am also available by phone (ext. 3816) or via email at [email protected].
I work with students, parents, teachers and other school and community professionals, to help remove any health barriers to learning. Please contact me as soon as possible if your child has health concerns, a change in health status, or a new diagnosis, so that we can discuss the need for a health plan, as well as any necessary accommodations.

Immunization Requirements
Meningococcal Vaccine: One dose required at entry to 6th and 7th grades.
Varicella Vaccine: Two doses required for students entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. (Note: First dose typically received at kindergarten entry. If second was already received prior to 6th grade entry, NO additional dose is required prior to 7th grade.)
Tdap Vaccine: One dose required for students entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. (Note: If received prior to 6th grade entry, NO additional dose is required prior to 7th and 8th grades.)
Pediatricians have been notified of these requirements.
