My name is Maura Weldzius, R.N. and I am the full time nurse at Memorial School. My hours are 8:15 A.M. to 3:45 P.M., Monday through Friday. I am also available by phone 708-614-4535 X3502 or email, [email protected] 

My primary job is to support learning. While I do not diagnose illness or attend to injuries that have occurred outside of the school day; I can be a resource for referrals to a health care professional for any potential problems. Please contact me as soon as possible if your child has health concerns, a change in health status, or a new medical diagnosis, so we can discuss the need for a health plan and potential accommodations for your student while attending school.
